  • Absolutely! We have members of all ages and fitness levels. Everybody starts somewhere and it's important to us to get to know you personally so we can individualise your sessions so we can meet your current needs. 

  • 6 weeks worth of training with us. Think of this as a no strings tester to see if we are right for you and for us to use the time to get to know you better!

  • The current SPECIAL OFFER is £149 to cover 6 weeks training, initial set up and induction and your own personal coach to ensure things run perfectly.

  • Your challenge is designed to give you a small insight into our we work and to show you the benefits if what we do and give you some short term results. It also allows us to get to know you personally and individually so that your personal coach can run through the best options for you once your trial has ended.

  • Your start date will be confined once we have spoken with you and everything is in place to get going, this is usually a date that suits you. We first book your induction/consultation at the gym.

    Session start times usually run as follows:

    Mon, Tue & Thu: 0630, 0930, 1730, 1900

    Wed: 0630, 0930, 1800

    Fri: 0630, 0930, 1700.

    Sat: 0830
